Personal Testimony

When I was going to church and believing God for an unsaved husband who was an alcoholic and constantly had women in our home when i was working i prayed for my husband daily and stood in the gap for him. I "called things as though they were.   So he "were" saved already. even faith is the evidence of things "not seen". When I got to church, the usher would say to me "Is that seat saved?" and I would say "Yes." and put my bible on it believing one day my husband would sit there.  I even put his clothes for church on the bed before i left.  Usually he would drop me off to church and cruise "the strip" (In Flint that is the topless bars.)  One day when he dropped me off i got out as usual and went to go into church and he called "where are you going? I'm coming with you."  After he picked me off the parking lot (Not really) we went in.  He is now an usher and I am working in the office and a prayer warrior during the services in our church.  He loves to read the bible and we have daily devotionals together.  GOD IS GOOD!

How I shared with Others

For about the last month, I have been being convicted that I should try to be more of a witness to a woman that I work with.  It has become very plain that she doesn't know Jesus as her Lord even though she may know about Him.  So I prayed about it, she seems to reject any form of "preaching".  Lately, God has given me many different little touches that proclaim Him without preaching.

When I got the email of "Are you one of two?"  I found the research to be extremely fascinating!  I expect to be raptured myself.  I was interested to know that is has been about 6000 years.  I thought it to be more than that.  The number struck me when I was reading the book "Six Hours one Friday" by Max Lucado and I thought to compare 6 hours to 6000 years.  Isn't it fascinating to see how God does things?  Because this email was so well written and the research was so precise, I have forwarded it to the lady at work and to several friends who would also find it interesting.

I can't know if she will even open it, or what kind of effect it might have on her.  I only know that God has answered my prayers in sending me ways to be a witness for Him.
